COVID-19 Update - March 16, 2020

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we will no longer be accepting cash payment in our offices. You may continue to pay your bill through credit card, debit or online bill payment through your bank. We also ask that for the protection of our employees, if you have travelled to a foreign country (including the United States) in the past 14 days, you please do not enter our offices, instead call us by phone at 519-258-2333. If you are exhibiting any cold or flu like symptoms we would ask that you please not enter our offices, instead call us by phone at 519-258-2333. Thank you for your cooperation with these temporary measures.

We also ask that any customers with upcoming service appointments make our office and/or installer aware if you:

  • are experiencing any of the following symptoms (mild or severe):
    • Fever
    • Cough
    • Difficulty breathing/shortness of breath
  • have travelled to any area with an ongoing spread of COVID-19
  • live with someone who recently travelled to an area with an ongoing spread of COVID-19
  • have been in contact with someone known to have COVID-19 or experiencing symptoms similar to the Flu or COVID-19
