Customer Service Manager


POSTION SCOPE

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the Customer Service department including sales and accounting. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations. The primary duties of a Customer Service Supervisor include the supervision and management of the team, their training, and their understanding of company standards with respect to customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to train and mentor a customer service team
  • Effective listening skills, and patience and tolerance when dealing with difficult situations.
  • Fast response time.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Develop service procedure, policies and standards.
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
  • Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.
  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND OTHER SKILLS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Planning and organization skills
  • Problem solving
  • Extensive understanding of technical operating systems and programing languages
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
