JOB DESCRIPTION


We are looking for an individual who enjoys building relationships and providing exceptional customer service to join our team of Customer Service Representatives. The successful candidate will have an outgoing personality and a commitment to delivering great customer service every time. Our ideal candidate is also detail oriented and can handle a fast-paced environment. We are interested in hiring Customer Service Representatives with prior retail experience and an aptitude for team building and working on a team.


RESPONSIBILITES

  • Answer incoming calls and emails.
  • Aid customers with inquiries and troubleshoot problems.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Call customers to discuss account status.
  • Explain products and services to customers.

EDUCATION

  • Secondary School (preferred)

EXPERIENCE

  • Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

JOB TYPE

  • Full-time, Permanent
